Changes are coming

Hey, it's been a while... a lot is going on in my life and i've decided not to keep quiet and make my struggles and adventures with Crohn's disease and my "diva" stoma, Stella  more known... so i'm changing my blog and taking things in a new direction. Lets hope I stay motivated :)
